Return policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to exchange your item. Returns for any reason other than receiving a defective or incorrect item will be at the customer's shipping expense. We only process exchanges and no refunds.

ORDERS CAN'T BE CANCELLED AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN PLACED.

Please contact us PRIOR to returning any items. You can email kadesh.kstyleboutique@gmail.com answering the questions below.  

Please include:

1. NAME
2. ORDER NUMBER
4. REASON FOR RETURN
5. WHAT YOU NEED (EXCHANGE with size/color/style you'd like) or store credit.

Keep in mind:

Items that are returned must be in their original condition, original packaging unworn and unwashed with all tags to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

All returns must be received within 14 Business days of the date that we ship out your order.

Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

Any shipping paid is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

Damages and issues
KK style boutique inspects each item before shipping to ensure there is no damages on the pieces and checks every order for accuracy. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
